This will automatically send an email to your parents letting them know to register, letting us know who you plan to have in attendance, and you'll know they received the information! Be sure to include your email in that list, and you'll receive that email as well so you know it's been sent!
RETREAT INFORMATION
Here are the details to help you prepare your youth and parents for the weekend, which begins with supper on Friday, April 17 at 7pm:

April 21-23, 2017 Serving in the Greenville / Spartanburg area.
We will be staying at Pleasant Ridge Retreat Center, and are looking forward to our first stay there!

The cost per registrant is $80, but because many congregations supplement this cost, we prefer that payment for the retreat be arranged through the congregation. If you're paying individually, please contact
eric@scsynod.com to let him know that you're doing this. Checks can be made out to SCLCY, and mailed to 1003 Richland St, Columbia 29201.

Friday Registration Time: 7pm. No meal is served on Friday.

Sunday Departure Time: We will depart from the church where we worship on Sunday morning. More information to follow.

Packing List:

Completed emergency health form online (
http://tinyurl.com/2015LCYMedicalForm). You will not be allowed to remain at the retreat without one.
o
A nonperishable snack (ie. chips or cookies) or a two liter bottle of your favorite soft drink, one breakfast item. These will be collected at the time of registration.
o
Towels, washcloth, deodorant, and other toiletries
o
Sleeping bag or sheets (single bunks), blanket and a pillow.
o
Clothes and closed-toed shoes that could potentially be ruined, depending on our work site. Some work gloves (leather palm are best, at Lowe's for under $4 a pair). We will likely be outside. Please pack to dress appropriately!

Please, do not bring anything forbidden by the Event Guidelines on following sheets. DO BRING a good attitude and a cooperative spirit, ready to enjoy a weekend of learning and fellowship in Christ!
LCY Staff will not be liable for anyone on camp property who has not registered and signed a copy of the rules and with a parent's signature (electronic or physical) on the medical release form.
We are looking forward to a wonderful, Spirit-filled time together! The weekend will go fast as we have lots of fun, learning and worship packed into these 48 hours. Come ready to meet new friends, see old friends and experience God’s presence as together we will see how the Spirit helps us make wise choices in our daily lives!
